Apple has added a new web browsing into App Store

Apple’s update to iTunes comes in the aftermath of its largest announcement in years. The company held a special event in San Francisco to debut its new iPad tablet device last week. The iPad is slated to hit the United Kingdom market by March.

Apple has added a new web browsing feature to its App Store service.

The system replaces a previous protocol in which users have to launch iTunes and get to the shop through the media player before you see the app page. The process irked some users as the iTunes app could be slow to load or need an update.

The new feature will allow users to browse the App Store and check out individual app previews and review information within a browser window.

With the new feature, review information, screenshots and reviews are all displayed on the site page, although users will still have to open iTunes to purchase and download apps.

The new feature resembles a similar system Apple added for the iTunes music service last year which allowed users to view overviews and preview clips for songs offered on the music download service.
