Lets users share files without iTunes, Phone Disk

One of the main complaints about IOS “File Sharing” is that it requires users to go through iTunes each time you want to add or delete files from a camera. If you want a more direct route to take your files on the fly, Disco macroplants phone can access your iPhone, iPod Touch or IPAD favorite utility through the management of archives in the world: the Finder.

PhoneDisk works by installing a small program on your Mac to detect whether a device is connected IOS, and shows the media device files in the Finder. You can view, add or remove files from each application to share documents folder. In addition, books, photos, podcasts, Shopping, voice notes and recordings are also available. If you add photos DCIM IOS default, automatically dial to change the name so that you can see a picture Roll on the device.

Phone Disk recognizes all iOS devices (including ones that haven’t been jailbroken) and supports multiple connections–so you could theoretically move some files directly from your iPhone to your iPad. Access is limited to the Media and Document Sharing folders to prevent major system screw-ups (but as always, it’s never a bad idea to let iTunes backup your device, just in case).

PhoneDisk install all versions of iPhone, iPod Touch and IPAD, and requires an Intel Mac with 10.5 or later and iTunes 8. The program is free until September, a code is available on the developer’s site.

After iTunes scam, Apple banishes apps

Apple has claimed of withdrawing all the applications pertaining to developer Thuat Nguyen from its iTunes App Store.

According to the company reports the developer had used fraudulent activities to increase sales of its applications, reports Network World.

This report is based on the word, which states that consumers are complaining about Apple’s iTunes has been hacked to buy eBook applications up 42 the fury of their applications for inclusion in the top 50 best selling applications on the iTunes App Store.

One of the developers of the iPhone Alexandru Brie said through his blog that the developer had hacked the accounts of cheating iTunes App Store to use credit cards to customers to purchase applications.

He further added: “It seems people’s iTunes accounts have been hacked, with mass purchases of one developer’s apps being made using their accounts.”
