Half million apps – Apple’s itunes

From Apple’s store more than 10 billion apps had been downloaded, from the Google Android Marketplace more than 3 times the 3 billion apps downloaded, which now has about 294,000 apps available,As of January.

The number of software apps that Apple has approved for its mobile devices hit half a million.

More than doubled in the past year,the number of Apple apps available and downloaded, going from about 200,000 in the store and about 5 billion downloaded at this time in 2010.
